Our person-centred philosophy

Small homes where support is personal, flexible and meaningful.

Person‑centred care is the foundation of Alliance Care Homes, shaping daily routines, communication, and long‑term goals so each person is supported in the way that suits them best and leads to positive, meaningful outcomes.

Learning disabilities

Our dedicated team bring strong skills and experience in Learning Disabilities and behavioural support, enabling safe, confident and compassionate care every day.

Mental health

We have a strong professional understanding of mental health and work closely with each person to help them move towards greater stability, confidence and independence.

Known personally

Because our homes are small and our support is genuinely hands‑on, staff get to know each person extremely well - their routines, communication styles, histories, strengths and the things that help them feel safe and confident.

How we work
